SATA GreenX carries on business as exporters, importers, merchant exporters, buyers, sellers, traders, distributors, commission agents, sourcing agents, stockists, wholesalers, retailers, and dealers in agricultural commodities and allied products — including cereals, grains, pulses, spices, fruits, vegetables, grocery items, food products, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and packaging materials. Our business spans sourcing, procurement, processing, packaging, repackaging, branding, marketing, and distribution of these goods in domestic and international markets, along with associated transportation, logistics, and supply chain services (including shipping, freight forwarding, warehousing, handling, and delivery, whether on our own account or through third-party service providers). The Site is an informational and lead-generation platform — it presents our product catalog and company information and allows prospective buyers to submit enquiries. The Site does not offer online checkout, and nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer for sale.
Product descriptions, specifications, HS codes, images, and any indicative details published on the Site are provided for general information only and may be updated, corrected, or withdrawn at any time without notice. Actual product specifications, quantities, pricing, packaging, Incoterms, and delivery timelines will be confirmed in a separate written quotation, proforma invoice, or sale contract between SATA GreenX and the buyer, which alone will be binding once mutually accepted. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, unless otherwise agreed in a specific sale contract.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
