Gherkins are graded by size to buyer specification — common export grades are small (for cornichon-style packs), medium and large. Share the grade you need and we will confirm availability for the season.
Yes. The preservation medium (natural vinegar, acetic acid solution or salt brine), acidity, salt level and drained weight are agreed per order to match your market and recipe requirements.
We supply canned (tin cans), drums or pails for repacking, and glass bottles and jars. Private labelling and custom pack sizes are available on request, with the final format agreed per order.
Minimum order typically starts at one 20ft container per SKU. Mixed-container consolidation is available for trial orders — send your requirement and we will confirm.
